With the Clarisaver, Meura has optimised the alternative to the traditional whirlpool. This wort settling tank technology makes it possible to recover hot trub during wort cooling. This allows the non-oxidised trub to be recycled. When this trub is recycled, an OBY of 100% is possible in conjunction with Meura 2001 technology. Read more about Clarisaver...

This equipment does not allow the trub cone formed at the end of separation to be recycled. Since this trub is oxidised, it leads to extract loss of 1.5 to 2% with a good whirlpool. So the Clarisaver is the recommended technology.
