The Meura 2001 Junior has the same advantages as the Meura 2001 Senior but it is specially designed for breweries with a throw of less than 3 tons of malt equivalent:
- high productivity (at least 14 brews per day)
- high extract yield (min. equal to laboratory yield)
- very bright wort (Imhoff <5ml/l)
- high gravity wort (>16°P cold wort)
