In order to optimise the fermentation process, Meura has developed a yeast management system consisting of:

 

  • Yeast propagation - Propax : The yeast propagation technology consist in providing, in a very short space of time (30 hours), a high yeast concentration (up to 200 million cells per ml) and ensures the very highest quality of your yeast population.

  • Yeast pre-oxygenation - Preox : the yeast pre-oxygenation technology consists in processing the harvested yeast so that wort aeration is no longer necessary and wort oxidation can thus be avoided…
