Dry fine milling
In order to produce fine malt grist, Meura has developed two different fine milling technologies.

The Classicmill is a ventilated hammer mill. In combination with the Meura 2001 Carbo+, the Classicmill leads to the production of clear wort with low fatty acid content and high extract yield.
