Thanks to the fine grist milling technology, the Meura 2001 Carbo+ mash filter guaranties a higher yield compared to technologies working with coarse grist milling technologies. Consequently Meura is manufacturing specialized mills for fine grist production.

Meura offers you different kinds of milling technologies, namely: dry fine milling and wet fine milling. Dry fine milling can be performed using forced ventilation or CO2 atmosphere Wet fine milling is carried out under water.
