The mashing process is an important step in the wort production.  During heating with a double jacket a fouling of the inner vessel surface occurs. Consequently after a number of brews, a CIP cycle is necessary. To overcome the classic problems encountered by the brewer Meura has developed the AFLOSjet system, namely an Anti-Fouling LOw Shear forces mash and wort heating system.

  

Aflosjet :

In order to assure the mash heating, Meura has developed a special system of direct clean steam injection. Indeed, compared to the traditional double heating jackets system, the AFLOSjet technology provides numerous advantages.
