The main objective of the Meura after sales team is to provide after-sales services adapted to each customer's specific needs.
This department supplies spare parts and integrates technological consulting as well as technical maintenance.
In addition Meura can also provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) which consists in a made-to-measure package of services.

 

 
  • audits for the performance and optimisation of existing Meura equipment
  • technological training for the continuing education of the Meura equipment end users

 

 
  • periodical review of installations
  • assistance for wearing and spare parts replacement
