The main objective of the Meura after sales team is to provide after-sales services adapted to each customer's specific needs.
This department supplies spare parts and integrates technological consulting as well as technical maintenance.
In addition Meura can also provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) which consists in a made-to-measure package of services.
- Spare parts
Meura provides all spare parts for the equipment it supplies. Together with the installation of new equipment a detailed wearing and spare part list is provided so that the customer can easily make the necessary orders.
- Technological consulting
The technological consulting offered by Meura includes:

- technological training for the continuing education of the Meura equipment end users

- Technical maintenance
Meura's technical maintenance includes:
